Kirk J. His published books and articles include “Contractual Considerations and Issues Related to Integrated Project Delivery” published by Aspatore Books as a chapter in the book, Negotiating and Structuring Construction Contracts: Leading Lawyers on Protecting Client Interests, Managing Risk and Understanding Recent Trends and Developments. “Integrated Project Delivery: The Good, The Bad and the Ugly” published in the California Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of California. “Construction Basics” presented at the West Coast Casualty Construction Defect Seminar and Continuing Education of the Bar; “A Game Plan for Surviving Construction Defect Litigation” in Utility Contractor Magazine and “The SB800 Quagmire” in ECA Magazine. He is a frequent speaker including the RE/MAX International Summer Conference for Brokers/Owners & Managers and the Pacific Coast Builders Conference.

Mr. Retz has 10 years of experience in the construction industry supervising and managing construction crews and negotiating contracts.
